In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in any event organized by the ICFA (“ICFA Event“), you hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the International Climate Finance Accelerator Luxembourg Initiative a.s.b.l., its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively “ICFA“), or their respective members, employees, officers, board members, agents, representatives, or volunteers (the “ICFA Parties“) for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions (each, a “Loss”) resulting from or arising in connection with my travel to, attendance at, or participation in an ICFA Event and any related activities.

You agree that this waiver and release shall bind you and your personal representatives, shall be enforceable to the fullest and broadest extent of the law, and, if any portion is held invalid, the remainder should continue in full legal force and effect.

You am an adult of sound mind and capable of entering into this waiver. You have read these terms and fully understand and agree to the provisions herein. After an opportunity to consult with an attorney of my own selection, you voluntarily consent to this waiver.

You understand and am aware that your participation in an ICFA Event involves risk, including, but not limited to, travel, physical activity, locales where public health and safety may be at risk, or activities that involve risk that you create for others or others may create for you. These risks may lead to a Loss, and you nonetheless choose to participate in an ICFA Event.

You are also aware that there are risks that you may not have considered, yet you  waive your right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks and you choose to participate in an ICFA Event.

You acknowledge that no promises, representations, or affirmations of fact were made to you by the ICFA or the ICFA Parties concerning the safety or danger associated with traveling to an ICFA Event or participating in any activity or interaction related to or associated with an ICFA Event.
