Any event organized by the ICFA (“ICFA Event“) is designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity, and community, in a fun and safe environment. The International Climate Finance Accelerator Luxembourg Initiative a.s.b.l., its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively “ICFA“) values the participation of each member of the community and endeavor to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism at an ICFA Event, whether officially organized by the ICFA or not. All attendees, guests, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors, and staff at an ICFA Event are required to observe this code of conduct (“Event Code of Conduct”).

The ICFA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone and we do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Please refrain from using language or behaviour that could be considered offensive or discriminatory. Be kind to others and assume the best.

Participants violating this Event Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event, at the sole discretion of the ICFA.
