Satgana is a global venture capital investment advisor on a mission to launch and fund planet-positive startups building the Future of the Earth. Satgana helps founders to turn their idea to a scalable and sustainable company.
Satgana focuses on startups in the fields of climate change and adaptation, carbon removal and capture, biodiversity, pollution, waste management and circular economy. Satgana is also in the process of preparing its B-Corp certification process.
To this end, Satgana is seeking high-level guidance on:
- The set up of it’s SFDR policy and disclosure requirements, except SFDR ‘level 1’ already in place (tranche 1)
- And, optionally, some high-level advice on its Impact Measurement and Management system (tranche 2)
Note, it is not required that the consultant does the work on behalf of Satgana’s team, but rather guides Satgana’s impact team in its internal work and reviews it.
Interested service providers are encouraged to engage with the Satgana team before submission and shall submit their proposal in writing to info@icfa.lu, copying isabelle@satgana.com, by 10am, July 18th 2022. The morning of July 19 will be dedicated to oral presentation sessions for the consultants interested in the RFP.
