Femke Bos 

​​Director of Impact Private Debt & Equity at Triodos ​Investment Management

Femke Bos is the Director of Impact Private Debt & Equity at Triodos Investment Management, where she leads the development of impact investment solutions across all asset classes, serving a diverse base of professional investors. 

​Previously, she served as Director of Business Development, Strategy & IESG at Invest International. Established in July 2021 by the Dutch Government and FMO (the Dutch Development Bank), Invest International was created to foster innovative solutions for global SDG-related challenges in Emerging Markets and to facilitate necessary investments.

​Femke brings a wealth of experience in impact investing, project development, and fund management in Emerging Markets, with expertise spanning financial inclusion, energy and climate, water, agri-food, health, and sustainable infrastructure. Before joining Invest International, she held various fund management and leadership positions at FMO, where she also launched the Triodos Microfinance Fund.

​Returning to Triodos Investment Management, Femke continues to build on her extensive career. She has also served as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of several microfinance and SME banks in Southeast Asia, further cementing her expertise in fostering sustainable development through finance.
