Archipelago Eco Investors is an impact investment fund which will invest in SMEs producing new and innovative breakthrough technologies, materials or processes that have the potential to disrupt the current plastics economy by displacing single use plastics within the plastics economy, or processing them at the end of their useful life and bringing them back into the circular economy. It is designed as a Private Equity blended finance fund which will invest in scalable solutions that have the potential to diffuse to the South once proven in the North, and has twin goals of reducing carbon emissions and reducing plastic waste.

GreenDev is a Canadian based Impact Investing and Advisory firm dedicated to advise and invest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure assets in frontier and emerging markets.

The GreenDev fund is an impact investment fund focus on Africa and dedicated to invest in clean energy infrastructure opportunities that promotes circular economy, especially in Waste to Energy projects and small and mid-sized enterprises (“SME”) involved in the Waste to Energy value chain. The fund will be designed to generate both strong financial returns and positive environmental and social impacts.

The GreenDev Fund will focus on projects at the construction phase (after engineering and permitting is completed), using only proven energy generation equipment (i.e., no or low technology risk) and securing long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) with inflation protection provisions. The fund will also back SMEs with innovative business model involved in the waste collection and recycling.

NewAfrica Impact (NAI) is a developer, owner and operator of impact investments in Africa. NAI is developing renewable energy projects, targeting bioenergy, and forest landscape restoration projects. The company has half a dozen partners with 150 years experiences in bioenergy, forestry, private equity and entrepreneurial management in Africa. The partners have been African leaders in sustainable development practices and climate change mitigation projects. NAI is in the process of establishing a €100m bioenergy focused renewable energy fund, creating a platform of modern bioenergy plants in Africa.

The ADM Capital Asian Climate Fund will focus on early-stage, medium to long-term USD private credit transactions that deliver strong climate and sustainability outcomes. The fund will focus on sustainable land use opportunities initially in Indonesia, and then in other countries in South East Asia. Key to our strategy is a focus on partnerships and new business models. The most promising new technologies will be harnessed to lower cost curves, improve visibility along supply chains and to reduce real and perceived risks. A technical assistance fund that can deliver blended finance solutions and manage project level risks will be core to the fund.
