ICFA and ISFA programmes: apply until 11 October 2026

The Call for Expression of Interest for the 2027 Cohorts of our acceleration programmes is now open until 11 October 2026.


The ICFA offers an innovative multi-year programme that accelerates emerging fund managers focused on two areas within Climate Action:

🟢Climate Adaptation Finance

The ISFA offers an innovative multi-year programme that accelerates emerging fund managers focusing on 3 key pillars for Social Impact:
🟠Decent Work across the Value-chain
🟠Adequate Living Standards and Wellbeing
🟠Inclusive and Sustainable Communities

To join the ICFA or ISFA programmes and benefit from technical and financial support, fund managers are selected through a highly competitive, three phase selection process, first by the Accelerating Impact team, then independent consultants, and finally by our Selection Committees.

Matanataki Pte Ltd (MPL), a woman-founded business developer and emerging fund manager in Fiji, is raising a US$50 million blended finance climate adaptation fund for the Pacific, Matanataki Pacific Fund 1 (MPF1 or Fund) to be domiciled in Singapore.


MPF1 provides investors with access to community-serving, gender equitable businesses that deliver climate resilience to Pacific communities, with coral reefs as the guiding star indicating the health and climate resilience of the whole.


Matanataki invites reputable law firms with demonstrable expertise in Singapore fund management law to submit an Expression of Interest to receive the Request for Proposal (RFP) for legal advisory services covering the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of a bilateral agreement between Matanataki and MPF1’s Singapore-based, MAS-licensed fund manager.


This notice is an invitation to register interest and to request the RFP — it is not itself the RFP, and no proposal should be submitted in response to it. Qualifying firms will receive the RFP directly and in confidence, with the full scope of services and proposal submission guidelines confirmed at that stage.

Founded in 2014, Agri Frontier

is a leading African agri sector advisory firm specialized in supporting the sustainable growth and development of the agribusiness sector across the value chain.


Agri Frontier has grown and expanded its range of services to include Agri SME capacity building acceleration (Agri Frontier Growth HUB) and now leveraging its experience and expertise to launch the Agri Frontier Growth Fund. The fund will support growth stage Agri SMEs across East Africa with an impact focus including climate adaptation and gender equity.


The fund seeks to raise $50m through a range of debt instruments. As a key step towards first close, Agri Frontier is establishing a warehousing facility in Mauritius to originate and hold initial portfolio investments, providing proof of concept and pipeline ahead of first close. Targeted investors include DFI's, impact focused fund of funds, foundations, family offices and other private investors.


Agri Frontier is seeking proposals from legal firms or advisers with experience in cross-border fund and lending structures in Sub-Saharan Africa to provide legal documentation support for the warehousing facility.
